Duo 1010 was founded by flutist Stephanie Bell and clarinetist Liam Hockley while students at the University of British Columbia. Emerging from their shared passion for the exploration and expansion of the contemporary repertoire for flute and clarinet (and their respective instrumental doubles), duo 1010 have commissioned new works and given performances in North American and Europe.
